We arrived in Santa Cruz yesterday with a warm welcome and a great asado put on by the Rotarians in Santa Cruz, then off to visit a wonderful museum located here, We are now in
the very heart of the best wine region in Chile. We also visited a casino last night and that was fun. We have had our mid trip break, with no telephone or internet access and that was good, might be tough to get back on track now. We´ll do fine, though.

We are preparing for the Chilean team. Just received their profiles, and they look interesting and attractive, just like your team! I sent them an email about our planned hike. We'll see how many sign up. I have tried to make it sound like a casual walk in the woods.
ReplyDeleteDon´t wear them out before the lake outing on Sunday, Rob!
ReplyDeleteI hope Ted knows that the policeman could not go on the trip. A very nice young lady took his place.
Stan,
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like the trip has been marvelous. I am sure you are finding it is going by quickly. I had hoped to be at the Asheville airport for you return, but will be returning to Asheville from a business trip on Saturday and won't arrive back until after you land. I will catch up with you the following week. All the best! Brad
